Two Mounting Options available:
Emtek Privacy and Passage mortise sets are available in a standard version that has exposed (matching finish) screws on the inside of the door. They are also available in a concealed fastener version where no mounting screws or visible on either side of the door. Choose between the two version from the option menus.
Important Information
*some finishes, oil rubbed bronze and patinas, are intended to wear with use and age. Because they are intended to wear with age, some finishes have limited or no warranty.

Return Information
Emtek products are assembled per order so when they are returned the doorknobs have to be taken apart and restocked. As a result, there is a 25% restock fee on all Emtek products. If items are returned that have been installed, used or abused there may be a higher restock fee assessed or no credit issued. Warranty Information
