NOTE: Patio Locksets DO NOT include internal latch mechanisms. Be sure to select correct configuration to match up with your brand of door so this hardware will be compatible. This set WILL NOT fit doors prepped with standard bore holes 2 1/8" Dia spaced 5 1/2" apart. These sets are designed for multi point locking doors that already have an internal mechanism.

 | Non-Keyed Passage Non keyed passage functions are for patio doors that do not need to lock at all, but levers are needed for operating the latch mechanism. |

 | Dummy This function would be used on the side of a french door where the door is not active, or does not use a multi point mechanism to keep it closed. Dummy functions are purely for cosmetic reasons and really have no function. |
Warranty Information
Emtek covers it's door hardware with a 5 yr finish and mechanical warranty. Living finishes are not covered under this warranty as they are designed to change over time. For more information see Emtek Door Hardware Warranty.
Emtek products are assembled per order so when they are returned the doorknobs have to be taken apart and restocked. As a result, there is a 25% restock fee on all Emtek products. If items are returned that have been installed, used or abused there may be a higher restock fee assessed or no credit issued.
