Single Cylinder Deadbolts are unlocked with a key on one side and unlocked from the inside of the home with a thumbturn. Most exterior doors use a combination of one deadbolt, and a keyed lever handle or door knob. We can key your door locks alike as long as the deadbolts are the same brand as your door knobs or lever handles.

Citiloc Limited Product Warranty

Citiloc Residential lockset come with a lifetime mechanical and 5-year finish warranty. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser, warranting that the lock shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, other that normal wear to the lock. This warranty does not cover scratches or abrasions; abuse or misuse; deterioration due to the use of paint, solvents, or any other chemicals; or residential products used in commercial applications. Upon return of a confirmed defective product with an original paid receipt, the manufacturer shall either repair or replace the product. Under this warranty the manufacturer nor the supplier shall not be responsible for; any cost of removing the old lock, installing the new lock or any other additional costs.
