Mail slots are constructed of solid brass or stainless steel material and available in two popular sizes. Interior & exterior sides of the mail slots have flaps. The exterior flap is spring-loaded to help reduce drafts. The interior flap is gravity closing. Also available is a mail slot with the spring-loaded flap for the exterior and a frame only for the interior side. Your choice of many different finishes, including PVD lifetime polished brass. Installation hardware in matching finish is included with the mail slots. An optional stainless steel sleeve is also available to purchase for the space between the interior and exterior trims. Installation hardware on the Sleeve is concealed after the Mail Slot is installed. Mail slots are fairly easy to install and will improve the look of your entryway.
