Why Is There a Restocking Fee on Emtek Hardware?
Emtek hardware is custom assembled per order. Returned items must be disassembled and inspected, which is why a 25% restocking fee applies.

No. Emtek door knobs are non-handed and work on both left- and right-hand doors. Emtek lever handles do require handing.
