GENERAL PRODUCTS – MECHANICAL
Deltana products come with a one-year mechanical warranty to be free from mechanical defects from the date of original
purchase. Deltana products must be properly stored in a dry environment and installed properly to maintain warranty during
that period. Deltana warranties only the exchange of defective products with reasonable evidence and proof of purchase.
Deltana does not assume responsibility for damages caused by accident, misuse, misapplication, severe temperature, adverse
weather conditions, improper storage, abuse, neglect, improper installation, removal, reinstallation, improper maintenance,
labor charges, freight or any ancillary damage thereby. Deltana is also not liable for damages caused by mis-preparation due to
printed instructions, website information, line drawings and/or instruction errors regardless of the source.

STAINLESS STEEL AND PVD FINISHES:
Deltana’s PVD and stainless-steel finishes are its most corrosion-resistant finishes and are warrantied for one year not to
tarnish, discolor, flake, peel, pit, or corrode within dry environments and air-conditioned interiors. Warranty does not cover
damage caused by product exposure to high-moisture and/or salty environments. To extend the life of any finish, Deltana
recommends periodically wiping its products with a clean, damp cloth to remove build-up and environmental sediments.

DOOR CLOSERS:
Deltana door closers have a 5-year mechanical warranty.

DELTANA COMMERCIAL DOOR HARDWARE:
Grade 1 & 2 Commercial Hardware have a 5-year mechanical and a 1-year finish warranty with exception to normal
wear and tear.

DELTANA RESIDENTIAL DOOR HARDWARE:
Deltana residential door hardware comes with a 3-year mechanical and 1-year finish warranty with exception to normal wear
and tear. Deltana residential door hardware is designed for interior/indoor applications except for handlesets and deadbolts.
This warranty does not cover high-moisture and/or salty environments.
To extend the life of any finish, Deltana recommends periodically wiping its products with a clean, damp cloth to remove
build-up and environmental sediments.
